2. Products

Our products are designed for fishing and snag prevention. Products are not intended for children. Please ensure proper use and supervision.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card payments (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Klarna
  • Other available payment options at checkout

Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

4. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Purchases)

In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. To exercise this right:

  • Return the product in original, unused condition with original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective

6. Returns and Refunds

Return period: 14 days from delivery
Conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Contact info@dexro.se to initiate a return
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is defective)

7. Warranty

All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect:

  • Contact us at info@dexro.se with order details and photos
  • We will assess the claim and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents

8. Reseller/Wholesale Terms

Special terms apply for resellers:

  • Minimum order: 36 units
  • Discount: 45% off retail price (use code RESELLER45)
  • Payment: Klarna invoice with 30-day payment terms available
  • Resellers must contact us at info@dexro.se to verify eligibility before placing wholesale orders

10. Limitation of Liability

DeXrO is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
